My guess is that the Wild (beeing an NHL team) would win nine games out of ten against any european team.
I wouldn't necessarily say the Wild would win nine out of ten games just because they are and NHL team. The Wild's scoring isn't as consistent as LHC's and I think LHC has a better defensive core. The advantage the Wild would have is that they finally picked up some tough guys to protect the skilled players. Either way, I think it would be anyone's game. I'd love to see LHC play against an NHL team in the Championship League next season. I'd root for LHC. 😃
I don't know why all these people think HV71 will win the SM-Guld. They've lost more games in the previous two series than LHC has and LHC played well against HV71 during the regular season. As I remember, LHC handed HV71 their first home loss. I honestly wasn't sure if LHC could get past Djurgården, but now I think they will go all the way. Especially if Stefan Liv plays like he does with Tre Kronor.
